Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Arukah Global Consultancy, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services to our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • One-on-One Sessions or Consultations
    Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time. If canceled within this window:
    • A full refund will be issued, or
    • The session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Late Cancellations (<24 hours)
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted once at the discretion of the consultant.
  • No-Show Policy
    If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

1.2 Arukah Global Consultancy Cancellations

If we need to cancel a scheduled session for any reason:

  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
  • A full refund will be issued, or the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 One-Time Consulting Services

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • A full refund is provided if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for completed sessions.

2.2 Packages or Retainer Agreements

  • For multi-session packages or monthly retainers, unused sessions may be refundable only if the client terminates the agreement with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • A pro-rated refund may be issued for unused sessions at the discretion of Arukah Global Consultancy.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days or as per agreement contract.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info.arukahglobalconsultancy@gmail.com

4. Non-Refundable Fee

  • Completed consulting hours
  • Administrative or onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Any Government Fees, GST, or Bank Transfer Commission (if applicable)
  • Any other clause mentioned in the agreement contract and agreed by the Candidate will be non-refundable.
